In honor of St. Patrick’s Day we wanted to feature something both green AND super, maybe even super-duper delicious! While you can use any toast you like, this recipe does it right by first toasting baguette, then roasting broccoli and garlic. While those cook, you make your hot honey – a stellar combination of honey, white wine vinegar and red pepper flakes. As if that’s not exciting enough, the roasted garlic is mashed into the ricotta. From then on – ricotta on toast, broccoli on ricotta, drizzle with honey and enjoy those slices of heaven! Slainté!

A recipe that is so easy, you should add the ingredients to your shopping list right now! Though directions include toasting Italian-seasoned panko crumbs for some added depth of flavor, all this recipe really requires is whipping your cheeses, onion and parsley together, filling mushrooms and popping in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
