Directions

For Each Smoothie Color:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to help it blend if it’s too thick.
  2. Transfer the smoothie to a zip lock bag, rinse the blender and prep the next smoothie.

For Smoothie Pop Assembly:

  1. With each smoothie color in its own zip lock baggie, prepare your Ice Pop molds for filling.
  2. Use scissors to cut a very small corner of the ziplock baggie to use as a piping tip.
  3. Alternating between colors, layer and mix your different colored smoothies in the ice pop molds until molds are filled. For enhanced tie dye effect, dip and drag a skewer through the filled molds. Be careful not to over-mix or the colors will combine!
  4. Place in freezer for 8-24 hours then enjoy!
