Grilled Radicchio with Balsamic Glaze, Parmesan and Sunflower Seeds

Ingredients

3 heads Radicchio, cut to halves
Cooking oil of choice
Parmesan flakes
Balsamic Glaze (We used Sophia)
Sunflower Seeds or Pine Nuts

Directions

  1. Pre-heat grill over medium-high and use paper towel with oil on it to grease grates and prevent sticking.
  2. Place radicchio halves on grill and let cook in closed grill for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Flip halves and repeat on other side.
  4. Take off grill and plate.
  5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Top with parmesan flakes.
  7. Sprinkle with Sunflower Seeds / Nuts.
  8. Enjoy!
