Recipe: Greek Flatbread With Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
4 Radishes thinly sliced
½ cup Cucumber diced
½ cup Red onion diced
1 tsp Dried oregano
2 tbsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Kosher salt
¼ tsp Freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
2 Flatbread, naan, or pitas
¼ cup Boar’s Head Feta Cheese
- In a small bowl, combine radishes, cucumbers, red onion, oregano leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the hummus in half and spread evenly over each flatbread using a spatula.
- Divide the vegetable mixture evenly over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle each flatbread with Feta Cheese and serve immediately.
