Infused Cooking Oils

Ingredients

Herb Infused Oil
12 ounce resealable bottle
6 leaves fresh basil
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 sprigs fresh oregano
2 cloves of roasted garlic
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Chili Infused Oil
12 ounce resealable bottle
1 tbsp. red chili flakes
1-2 dried red chilis
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Directions

1.) Get dry herbs/seasonings & garlic into bottle. Set aside.
2.) In a sauce pan, heat olive oil until a few small bubbles form.
3.) Carefully pour warm oil into bottle over herbs/seasonings.
4.) Close bottle and store in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
5.) Remove all herbs/garlic within first week. Use within 2 weeks.
