Chili Flakes (optional) 1 Bunch Parsley, chopped fine 1 Medium Spanish Onion, cut to ¼” dice Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper Details Time: 20 minutes Serves: 2 Rating: Directions Heat a saute pan up and add the oil. When the oil starts to shimmer the pan is hot. Add the onion, garlic, and chili flakes and saute until they start to brown slightly. Add the shrimp and saute for about 3-4 minutes more or until the shrimp turn pink. Once the shrimp are cooked remove the pan from the heat, and sprinkle with the chopped parsley and add salt and pepper to taste then serve.
