Recipe: Balsamic Sautéed Mushrooms
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic Vinegar
salt + pepper
crushed red pepper
- wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).
- heat olive oil in a non stick pan.
- add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.
- once mushrooms have browned nicely, stir in vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
- cook 1 minute more and serve!
