Ingredients

1 lb. mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic Vinegar
salt + pepper
crushed red pepper

Directions

  • wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).
  • heat olive oil in a non stick pan.
  • add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.
  • once mushrooms have browned nicely, stir in vinegar, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
  • cook 1 minute more and serve!
