Recipe: Artichoke Heart & Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Caulipower Pizza
1 Caulipower Pizza Crust
1/3 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped and seasoned
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1/4 tsp. Italian Seasonings
- Remove Caulipower Pizza Crust from package.
- Spread a thin layer of Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto over crust. (Leave half inch at the edges)
- Add chopped artichoke hearts to cover the the pesto.
- Top with grated parmigiano as desired.
- Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings.
- Bake 8-12 minutes. (Remove when crust reaches your desired crispiness)
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional parmigiano and enjoy!
