Everything you love about regular pizza with a gourmet artichoke heart & sun-dried tomato pesto twist!

Ingredients

1 Caulipower Pizza Crust
1/3 cup Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts, chopped and seasoned
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
1/4 tsp. Italian Seasonings

Directions

  1. Remove Caulipower Pizza Crust from package.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto over crust. (Leave half inch at the edges)
  3. Add chopped artichoke hearts to cover the the pesto.
  4. Top with grated parmigiano as desired.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian Seasonings.
  6. Bake 8-12 minutes. (Remove when crust reaches your desired crispiness)
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with additional parmigiano and enjoy!
