2 cups edamame
1 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. hot sauce
Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to boil and add edamame pods. Boil for 5-6 minutes, or according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a medium pan over medium high heat, add butter and garlic and fry for 1 minute, until garlic becomes fragrant.
  3. Add hot sauce and stir.
  4. Add edamame pods and toss until the pods are evenly coated.
  5. Turn the heat off, season pepper (hot sauce should be salty enough) and serve.
