Ghost Popcorn Balls

Ghost Popcorn Bites

The perfect combination of salty and sweet! To assemble this ghoulish treat, melt marshmallows with butter together then mix it to coat the popcorn. With the marshmallow helping the popcorn to stick together, use your hands (greased up with butter to avoid sticking) to form the popcorn into whatever ghostly shapes you desire. Lastly, pour melted white chocolate over the popcorn bites and add your edible candy eyes, or use frosting for more classic ghost eyes. Let it all cool and set 15 minutes, or make them a day ahead and store in a tupperware, before serving. BOO-tiful!

Marshmallow Ghost BrowniesMarshmallow Ghost Brownies

For this boo-tiful and ghoul-icious recipe, start with a batch of cooked and cooled brownies. The marshmallow ghosts are the tricky part of this recipe, combining gelatin with sugar for a homemade marshmallow mix, but you could melt down store-bought marshmallows for the same effect. After collecting all the marshmallow, use a plastic baggie or piping bag to make your ghost shapes on top of the brownies, finishing with some black icing for the eyes.

Mummy Apple Pies

Mummy Wrapped Apple Pies

Grab some Local & On Sale New York Apples and get to work, because these mummy pies are to die for! First, coat diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon. Then, using your favorite pastry dough, assemble squared and cut lines along the edges of the dough to form the mummy wrap effect. Lay your apple filling along the center and drape the cut pieces of dough over the filling before hitting with an egg wash and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before baking until golden brown. Take these spooky treats to the next level by drizzling with a sweet glaze, preferably colored with some spooky green, orange or red food coloring! Now that’s all the right kinds of scream-worthy!
