Some people are happy with the same breakfast everyday, but for a power-packed breakfast outside-the-norm, this breakfast quinoa recipe has a unique way of breaking the boundary between quinoa being a striclty “dinner” food. The recipe uses milk instead of water/broth and add cinnamon, vanilla, maple syrup and fruit, quinoa takes on everything you love in cereal/granola/oatmeal with 8 grams of protein to boot!
Anything that ends with “parmesan” has a strong likelihood of being amazing! In this recipe, plump tomatoes are halved and topped with a savory combination of butter, onion, bread crumb, parmesan & swiss cheese! We welcome experimenting with cheeses on this one to truly make it your own!
What to do when you’re craving old-fashioned spaghetti & meatballs on #MeatlessMonday? This recipe! Ready in just short of an hour, all you need is a couple cans of chickpeas, onion, flour, salt & pepper to make these delectable protein-packed balls! Mixed simply in a food processor, this recipe makes 48 balls that can be used as a hors d’oeuvre or the star of the show aside pasta and your favorite sauce.
