Roast It!

Whether you break it up into florets or go all out with a whole head, roasted cauliflower has the potential to bring many dimensions of flavor to your table! While roasted cauliflower is great when simply tossed with salt, pepper and olive oil, add your favorite spices for some kick! Check out some of our favorite combos to toss together and roast below.

Meat Alternative

We often find chicken being the go-to food to toss in buffalo, teriyaki or other sauces, but once you try your favorite sauce on cauliflower you might not go back! Not only is cauliflower cheaper than meaty choices, you do not feel as weighed down afterwards; even after you’ve devoured a whole head! (fun fact: there are just 210 calories in 1 large head of cauliflower!)

Try some of these awesome sauce combos on your cauli! Just roast until browning, then toss it all together! You could also bread your cauli before baking it. It might add to the calorie count, but it sure will add to the satisfaction scale!


Mash It Up!

Just like tater tots and fritters, you can replace starchy potatoes with cauliflower! Its quick, easy and there are so many ways to make them your own. You can keep it light with some olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper or load it up just like you would with regular mashed potatoes! Simply boil your cauliflower until tender, drain, mash and mix the way you would regular mashed potatoes.



Pulse your cauliflower in a processor until chunks are small enough to resemble rice (important to pulse, not puree!) and cook away! Cauliflower rice is faster, healthier and just as versatile as grain rice!

A loaded up casserole can be a meal in itself!
